Our commitment to satisfaction extends to a 15-day returns policy. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the condition received.
  • In the original packaging.

Exceptions

  • In case of a reaction to our products, please provide photographic evidence for return eligibility.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned beyond the 15-day window.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen days to the original payment method.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • First, recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company, as posting may take time.
  • Next, contact your bank for any processing delays.

Sale Items

  • Only regularly priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.
